Return Process

  Our logistics partner will collect the product, which must remain in its original packaging with all technical manuals, accessories, and warranty cards intact.

  Once received at our warehouse, our engineers will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure the device is free from physical damage and functional tampering.

  Refund or Replacement

  Upon successful verification, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
